摘要
为了改变新疆塔河供水首站落后的计量方式,提高供水首站的控制与管理自动化水平,采用SCADA技术,组建一套自动化监控方案。根据工艺流程,考虑设计原则的先进性,系统用到了工控机、数传电台,RTU等硬件和MCGS组态软件。详细介绍了系统的软、硬件结构,对怎样解决串口通讯中的干扰问题,提出了一些有效的建议。实践证明,系统具有界面友好、易于操作、运行可靠、便于升级扩弃等特点。工程投运后,各种参数的测量精度和系统效率都得到了提高。
In order to improve the metering system, and control and management automation level of Xinjiang Tahe water supply station, SCADA Technology is used to construct a Monitor and Control project. Based on the real process and advanced design principle, the system uses MCGS configuration software and hardwore such as industrial control computer, band data transceiver, RTU etc. It introduced the software and hardware architecture. It gives some suggestions for how to solve the interference in serial communication. Practical operation proves that the system is easy to operate and it runs reliably and what's more, it is easy to expand and update, Trie measuring accuracy of parameters and efficiency of the system are both improved after the application of the project.
