摘要
文中合成了含纳米镍粉的聚醚聚氨酯体系高能固体推进剂,并应用扫描电镜对复合固体推进剂中所含纳米镍粉进行表征,考察了纳米镍粉对高能推进剂燃烧性能的影响,应用差示扫描量热实验初步研究了纳米镍粉对高能推进剂燃烧性能影响的机理。研究结果表明纳米镍粉能有效调节高能推进剂燃烧性能,虽然纳米镍粉能有效调节高能推进剂燃烧性能,但纳米镍粉的混入分散工艺要改进,避免团聚产生。
The polyether-polyurethane high energy solid propellants with nano Ni was formatted in this text,and scan- ning electron microscope was applied to signify the nano Ni in the compounding solid propellants.Effects of nano Ni on combustion properties of high energy propellants was studied.The mechanism of influence that nanomaterial solid fillers on the high energy solid propellants was studied.The results showed that nano Ni was joined to the prescription,could improve the burning rate of the propellants effectively and reduce the pressure index of propellants within the range of high pressure obviously.Although nano Ni was joined to the prescription,could improve the burning rate of the propel- lants effectively,the separating of nano Ni into the propellants need improve to avoid reuniting.
