摘要
通过对影响钢管外表面高压水除鳞效果因素的分析与实际对比,认识高压水除鳞喷嘴对钢管冲击力的主要影响成因。对包钢无缝厂钢管外表面高压水除鳞系统进行了一系列改进,取得了良好的效果。
The paper analyzes the actual effect of highpressure-water descaling for the tube surface.It puts forward the impact force of high-pressure-water is the main factor to influence the descaling effectiveness.After the descaling system of the Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel was improved,the effectiveness is better.
