摘要
冲突是每一个组织都难以避免的,冲突的管理对组织的绩效和组织目标的实现有着极其重大的影响。以往的研究都是从冲突处理的角度出发来研究如何降低冲突对组织的影响。FMEA和FMECA方法可用来研究如何有效预先分析并识别冲突的发生,形成冲突分析的CMEA和CMECA方法,从而达到减少冲突以及降低冲突水平的目的。
Conflict is universal to every organization,and conflict management has very important impact on the efficiency and the realization of organizational target.Current researches are almost from the angle of conflict treatment to research how to reduce the influence.FMEA and FMECA can be applied to predict the conflict effectively,which can be used to decrease conflict amount and reduce conflict level.
