摘要
总结丁学屏教授治疗糖尿病眼病临证思维及经验。认为瘀血阻络是糖尿病眼部并发症的病理基础,故宜重视活血化瘀;擅用滋养肝肾法治疗视网膜病变,用柔肝熄风法治疗眼部神经病变。并举验案2则。
This paper introduces Professor Ding Xueping＇ s clinical experience in treating diabetic ophthalmopathy. Prof. I）ing suggests that obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of this disease, so we should value the method of activating blood circulation to remove stasis, and he is good at using method of nourishing liver and kidney yin to treat diabetic reinopathy, and treating ophthalmoplegia by method of softening liver to cahn endogenous wind. And two cases are presented.
