摘要
目的观察射频的面部美容效果和安全性以及对寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法应用射频治疗仪对30例求美者进行治疗,观察其皮肤纹理、色泽、弹性及毛孔改变,治疗能量40～360 J,每1～2周治疗一次,共5次;并对30例面部寻常型痤疮患者进行治疗,病情Ⅱ～Ⅳ级,治疗能量40～300 J,每周2次,共5次。每次治疗前观察、记录临床反应并拍摄皮损图像,结合受治者的满意度于疗程结束1月后评价疗效。结果美容组的总有效率90%;痤疮患者组总有效率80%。两组患者满意度均在"好"以上。治疗期间未发现严重不良反应。结论非侵入性射频治疗有良好美容效果,并可作为中重度寻常型痤疮的安全、有效的新疗法。
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of RF device for facial rejuvenation and the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Thirty females who desired to improve their skin texture and thirty patients with acne vulgaris were treated with RF device. Patients desired to improve their skin texture received five treatments with a time interval of 1 to 2 weeks,patients with acne vulgaris received treatments,twice one week.Photographs were assessed 1 month after the last treatment.Results For facial skin texture improvement,the total improvement was scored 90%.For acne vulgaris,the total improvement reached 80%.Conclusion The RF device is an effective and safe modality for the improvement of skin texture,and a novel modality for the treatment of acne vulgaris.
