摘要
从AFS的性能特点入手,通过核心芯片的选用、控制系统的构建,概要介绍新型的汽车前照灯照明系统设计的要点。重点阐述汽车前照灯照明系统架构技术方案的确定,介绍具有自适应功能的智能照明控制系统结构图及程序流程图,对应硬件、软件编程等对实施系统控制的影响。阐述降低响应时间和转角误差、提高精度、可靠性和稳定性等的目标值和要点,以满足产品开发和维护的技术要求。
From the performance features of AFS,The author introduces the key points in system design of new type of vehicle headlamps through the selection of its core chip and the construction of its control system;emphasizes on analyzing the framework technical scheme of the lighting system,introduces the structural diagram and program flow chart of the intelligent lighting control system with self-adapting function and the effects of corresponding hardware and software to the system control;expounds how to reduce the response time and tilt angular errors and enhance the precision,reliability and stability to meet the technical demands of product development and maintenance.
