摘要
分析建筑消防设施维护管理中存在的问题,如管理体系未形成、从业人员水平低、社会单位认识不足、消防部门执法水平有待提高等。结合实际情况,提出了建筑消防设施维护管理的措施,包括部门配合、业务人员培训、规范管理、加大力度、建立信誉体系等。
Problems in the management of building fire facilities maintenance were analyzed,such as haven＇t formulated the management system,low levels of employees,inadequate understanding of the social units,law enforcement level of fire detachment needs improving.Combining the actual situation,measures of building fire facilities maintenance and management were put forwards,including cooperation between departments,employees training,standardized management,intensify,and building credit system.
