摘要
用不同浓度GAs,6-BA和2,4-D处理狗牙根种子,以ddH2O处理为对照,研究不同外源激素对狗牙根种子发芽的影响。结果表明:GAs和2,4-D对狗牙根发芽率和发芽势有明显的提高。其中0.1,1mg/L GAs和1mg/L 2,4-D处理对提高狗牙根发芽率和发芽势效果明显。高浓度GAs和6-BA对发芽势有抑制作用,且高浓度6-BA对发芽率也有抑制作用。
Effects of different plant hormones on seed germination of bermudagrass were determined at concentrations of 0.1,1.0,5.0 and treatments of 10 mg/kg 2,4-D,GAs and 6-BA along with control(0%).The results showed that germination rate and germination potential of bermudagrass were increased significantly when treated with GAs and 2,4-D.The best seed processing was at concentrations of 0.1 mg/L,1 mg/L for Gas,1 mg/L for 2,4-D respectively.GAs in higher concentration inhibited germination potential,and 6-BA in higher concentration would inhibited both germination potential and germination rate.
