摘要
齐鲁法文化是在继承东夷文化和商周文化的基础上发展形成的。齐鲁法文化的古老精神渊源,可以通过诸如仁、礼、律、刑、法、德等典型甲骨文文字所蕴含的文化内涵来把握。这些精神元素在春秋战国被齐鲁的思想家们发展成为仁政、礼治、德治、人治、法治等理论和司法艺术,并且对后世形成的中华法系施以重大影响。齐鲁法文化的精神元素构成了中华法系的精神原点。
The legal culture of Qilu is based on dongyi culture and shangzhou culture, whose psychic elements can be understood through some important concepts such as ren,li,lv and xing, which are inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells. These psychic elements were developed by Qilu thinkers,becoming some theories such as policy of benevolence, rule of li, rule of virtue, rule of man and rule of law, which affected Chinese legal system greatly. These psychic elements in the legal culture of chi - lu constitute the spiritual origin of Chinese legal system.
