摘要
帧间预测编码主要消除视频图像在时间上的冗余度.介绍了运动估计的基本原理和块匹配准则,然后运用数学和统计相结合的方法,建立了在不同代价函数时与不同量化参数下的全零块阈值模型.利用这个阈值模型,可以在运动估计之前判断P_skip模式,从而提出了P_skip模式提前判决的帧间编码算法优化方案.实验结果表明:在几乎无图像质量下降的情况下,编码时间减少大约32%,比特率降低大约0.675%.
The redundancy of the video image in time is mainly eliminated by inter-frame prediction encoding.The basic principles of motion estimation and block-matching criteria are introduced,and then,we established the all-zero block threshold model in different cost functions and quantization parameters by the use of a combination of mathematical and statistical methods.So,we can judge P_skip mode before the motion estimation,and we proposed the inter-frame coding algorithm optimization program of P_skip mode early decision.The experimental results show that in almost no decline in image quality,the encoding time is reduced by about 32% and the bit rate of approximately 0.675%.
