摘要
横向稳定杆橡胶衬套具有支撑、定位、缓冲、吸振以及降噪等功用,同时特殊设计的衬套可为横向稳定杆提供额外的扭转刚度,有利于悬架操控性能的提高;文章提出了横向稳定杆支撑的物理模型,并在此基础上,分析了目前悬架常用橡胶衬套的不同性能参数对悬架操控性和舒适性能的影响;同时针对市场上应用的不同种类的橡胶衬套,分析、归类,对比其不同的设计理念与综合性能,为横向稳定杆橡胶衬套在不同级别的车辆悬架中的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
Bushings in anti-roll bar system have the function of holding,locating,buffering,shock absorbing as well as de-noising,meanwhile special bushings can provide anti-roll bar system with additional torsional stiffness which may enhance suspension handling performance;then physical model of bushings was proposed in it,based on which the impact of different performance parameter of rubber bushings for suspension on handling and riding of the suspension was analyzed;specific to different types of rubber bushings applied in the market,different design concept and comprehensive performance were analyzed,classified and compared which provided theoretical source for bushings design and application in different level vehicle suspension.
