摘要
目的了解玉林市城区公共场所从业人员梅毒感染状况,探讨防控对策与措施。方法采用梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清诊断试验对公共场所从业人员进行梅毒抗体检测,并对收集的资料进行综合分析。结果 2001-2010年间共检测公共场所从业人员35 115名,检出梅毒感染者248例,感染率为70.63/万,各年间感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=16.50,P=0.057)。男性阳性36例,占14.52%(36/248);女性阳性212例,占85.48%(212/248),女性感染率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.30,P=0.007)。248例梅毒感染者中,年龄最大54岁,最小17岁,以青壮年居多,21~40岁年龄组人数占76.21%,感染率有随年龄增加而升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.24,P=0.001)。美容美发、娱乐场所2个行业的梅毒抗体阳性率较高,不同行业间差异有统计学意义(χ2=57.48,P〈0.001)。一年四季均检出梅毒感染病例,无明显的季节性变化。结论玉林市公共场所从业人员梅毒感染从2001-2010年呈下降趋势,但阳性率仍然较高;美容美发从业人员的梅毒感染阳性率最高,是梅毒防控的重点人群。
Objective To learn the epidemic status of syphilis among public place workers in Yulin City,so as to explore the countermeasure and measure of syphilis prevention and control.Methods TRUST was used to detect syphilis antibody in public place workers,and the collected data was analyzed comprehensively.Results From 2001 to 2010,35 115 public place workers were examined,248 cases of syphilis infection were found.The infectious rate was 70.63/10 000,and there was no significant difference in different years(χ2=16.50,P=0.057).The infectious rate of the male was 14.52%(36/248),the infectious rate of the female was 85.48%(212/248).The infectious rate of female was significantly higher than the male(χ2=7.30,P=0.007).Among them,the oldest was 54 years,and the youngest was 17 years.Most of them were young and middle-aged people,the rate of age 21~40 was 76.21%.The rate increased significantly with age(χ2=18.24,P=0.001).The infectious rate was higher in hairdressing and recreation ground.The infectious rate of different vocations was significantly different(χ2=57.48,P0.001).There were syphilis infection at all seasons,no significant seasonal variation was observed.Conclusions From 2001 to 2010,the rate of syphilis infection was in a downward trend,but the positive rate was still higher.In which,the positive rate of hairdressing workers was the highest.They were the key population in syphilis prevention and control.
