介绍了利用秸秆代料栽培食用菌的技术,探讨了食用菌菌渣的循环利用,论述了如何通过发展循环经济来推动山西省农业经济的可持续发展。
This paper introduces the technology for Edible Mushrooms＇ Cultivation by using straws, probes into the recycling of edible mushroom residue, and discusses how to promote the sustainable development of Shanxi＇ s agricultural economy through developing the circular economy.
