摘要
目的探讨痰噬菌体联合结核菌素试验(PPD)、血清抗结核抗体检测对肺结核的诊断价值。方法收集2008年3月～2010年5月间诊断明确的肺部疾病患者的临床资料,对其痰噬菌体检测结果与PPD、血清抗结核抗体及痰抗酸杆菌检查结果进行对比分析。结果 1.肺结核患者痰噬菌体检测阳性率为73.3%(110/150),高于肺癌患者[12.5%(1/8)]和良性疾病[4.5%(1/22)],差异有统计学意义P均<0.05)而肺癌和肺部良性疾病相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2值=0.60,P>0.05)。2.肺结核患者痰噬菌体检测联合PPD、血清抗结核抗体检查诊断肺结核的敏感性为84%(126/150),高于单独痰噬菌体、PPD及血清抗结核抗体的敏感性(P均<0.05)。结论痰噬菌体检测对肺结核的诊断提供了新的途径。痰噬菌体检测联合PPD、血清抗结核抗体检测更加有利于肺结核的诊断。
Objective To evaluate the value of sputum bacteriophage combined with tuberculin testing and serum anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection for diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods Form March 2008 to May 2010,patients with indeterminate lung lesions were enrolled,to analysis and compare the results of sputum bacteriophage,tuberculin testing and serum anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection.During this time we had 180 patients,and 150 patients had TB（83.3%）,8 patients had lung cancer（4.4%）,and 22 patients had benign pulmonary disease（12.2%）.Results 1.The positive rate of sputum bacteriophage in patients with TB（110/150.73.3%） was higher than that in the patients with lung cancer（1/8.12.5%） and the patients with benign pulmonary disease（1/22.4.5%）： P0.05.There was no statistical difference（P0.05） between patients of lung cancer and benign pulmonary disease.2.The sensitivity of sputum Bacteriophage in patients with TB combined with PPD and serum anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection was higher than that of one test（P0.05）.Conclusison The test of sputum bacteriophage as a new diagnosis of TB sputum bacteriophage combined with PPD and serum anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection will help the diagnosis of TB.
