摘要
重庆是中国发展动漫产业最早的城市之一。随着这座老重工业城市的产业结构转型,重庆动漫产业集群效应初步形成。重庆及中国本土的动漫产业发展,应当注重在剧本创作和新媒体应用上寻求突破口,在坚持本土风格的同时,融入流行元素、传播普适价值,尤其在"十二五"规划的节点时期注重发掘手机新媒体的媒介特性,抓住其为动漫发展带来的机遇。
Chongqing is one of the pioneers which have developed the animation industry in China.With the industrial structure transformation of the old heavy industry city,the cluster effect of Chongqing animation industry is coming into being.The development of Chongqing and local Chinese animation industry should emphasize on seeking a breakthrough in the script writing,has its own native style including some popular elements and spread certain universal value that plays a important role.Epecially,on the Twelfth Five-year Plan（2011-2015）,Chongqing should catch the media properties which new medias bring opportunities for anime development.
