室内外温湿度差异对自动监测可吸入颗粒物测定准确性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 DASIBI 1000系列7001型可吸入颗粒物在线分析仪采用β射线衰减法测量空气中的可吸入颗粒物(PM10),属于高精度在线监测仪器,在运行时需要恒定温湿度的室内环境。当室内外温度、湿度有较大差别时,其采集的样气中所含的水蒸气易在管壁上凝结成小水滴,并最终吸附在纸带上,从而使监测结果偏大。通过大量试验,探索与分析了室内外温湿度差异对监测数据准确性的影响,提出采用全程加热方式消除或降低室内外温湿度差异带来的检测误差,提高监测数据的准确性。 DASIBI 1000 Series 7001 model respirable particulate matter on-line analyzer adopts β-ray attenuation to measure particulate matter(PM10) in the air.It is a high-precision on-line monitoring instrument which needs to run in a constant temperature and humidity indoor environment.When there is a great difference in indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity,the reek in sample gas analyzer collected may easily coagulate into water droplets on tube surface and eventually be adsorbed on the paper tape,which leads to higher monitoring results.Through lots of experiments to explore and analyze the impact caused by differences between indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity on the accuracy of monitoring data,this article introduces a method of heating during the whole course to eliminate or reduce the measurement error caused by indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity differences.This may improve the accuracy of monitoring data.
