摘要
分析、总结江都抽水站改造的主要技术,包括泵站引河流态改善、水泵形式选择与流道改造、主机组轴承选用、新材料轴承应用、水泵叶片调节系统改进、变电所改造设计方案的优化,以及FSR大容量高速开关新技术应用、三站发电方式选择及技术改进、泵站自动化系统技术改进等,并针对其中存在的问题提出相应的措施。
The main technical issues of Jiangdu Pumping Station improvement project were analyzed and summarized,including the promotion of flow regime in approach river of the pumping station,the selection of pump type and the change of flow channel,the selection of the bearing of the host group,the application of the bearing with new materials,the improvement of pump vane adjustment system,the design optimization of substation reconstruction,the utilization of high-capacity high-speed switching FSR,the option of three power generation stations and the innovation of automation system technology of the pumping station.The relevant countermeasures as well as the existing problems and disadvantages during the improvement process were put forward.
