摘要
近年来,螺旋CT的重要量化参数——CT值,越来越受到临床工作者的青睐。大量的国内外研究表明,不同甲状腺疾病(Graves病、亚急性甲状腺炎、桥本甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌)的CT值有所不同,绝大多数甲状腺疾病的CT值显著低于正常甲状腺组织,另外,不同甲状腺疾病的CT值也不同。甲状腺CT值不但可以评估甲状腺的结构改变,而且可以评价功能改变,这为甲状腺疾病与非甲状腺疾病以及甲状腺疾病之间的诊断与鉴别诊断提供了有力依据,因此,甲状腺CT值是临床早期诊断甲状腺疾病的重要指标之一。
In recent years,CT value,an important quantitative parameter of spiral CT,is more and more accepted by clinical docters.A large number of domestic and foreign literatures showed that CT value about the different thyroid diseases including Graves disease,subacute thyroiditis,hashimoto thyroid inflammation,thyroid cancer,and normal thyroid tissue.CT value of most thyroid diseases is significantly lower than that of normal thyroid tissue.CT value is different in different thyroid diseases.The thyroid CT value can be used to assess the structure changes,even the function,and it is very evident to indentify the thyroid disease and non-thyroid disease.Therefore CT examination is one of the important means for early diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
