摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养的主要形式,是强化学生应用能力和实践技能的重要途径,可以实现在校生与社会人的缓冲过渡。文章对高职顶岗实习现状进行了分析,并提出提高顶岗实习效果的有效策略。
Internship is an important way to promote the talent cultivation,to strengthen the students＇ skills and to help the students to become social person.This essay studied the current situation of the internship and put forward the effective strategy to heighten the internship.
