摘要
采用化学共沉淀方法制备了钴掺杂的Mn–Zn铁氧体,研究了钴掺杂量对其结构和磁性质的影响。结果表明:饱和磁感应强度和起始磁导率与钴含量之间的关系表现出S形特征,当钴含量为0.02%(摩尔分数)时,饱和磁感应强度与起始磁导率均达到最大值,分别为373 mT与7 862。电感对温度的依赖关系表明,铁氧体的磁导率温度稳定性可以通过改变钴含量来调节,并且当钴含量为0.02%时,样品具有高的起始磁导率和良好的磁导率温度稳定性。基于晶体结构中金属离子的分布,阐明了钴掺杂量与温度对铁氧体磁性质影响的作用机理。
Co-doped manganese–zinc(Mn–Zn) ferrites were prepared by a co-precipitation method.Effect of Co doping content on the structure and magnetic properties of the Mn–Zn ferrites was investigated.The results indicate that the dependence of Co content on the saturation magnetic induction and initial permeability exhibits the S-shaped features,which reach the maximum values of 373 mT and 7 862 for the Mn–Zn ferrite with the Co content of 0.02% in mole,respectively.The temperature dependence of inductance showed that the temperature stability of initial permeability could be adjusted by the Co content and the sample with the Co content of 0.02% has a high initial permeability and good temperature stability.The corresponding mechanism was clarified based on the metal ion distribution
