摘要
目的:了解柳州市60岁以上含60岁老年人心脑血管疾病危险因素现况,为预防心脑血管疾病的发生提供基础性依据。方法:采用问卷调查方法调查柳州市区1000名老年人心脑血管病患病率及其危险因素。结果:心脑血管疾病患病率为9.54%,心脑血管病患病率与年龄、性别、高脂饮食、杂粮饮食、高血压等多种因素密切相关。结论:培养良好的生活习惯和合理的膳食制度是防治心脑血管病的重要措施。
Objective:To investigating the risk factors associated with Cardio Cerebral Vascular Disease in the elderly at age 60 and over to in Liuzhou city.Methods:To provide the basis for the prevention such diseases by conducting a questionnaire survey on 1000 old people to find out the prevalence rate and risk factors.Results:The survey results show that the prevalence rate is 9.54% and it has high correlation with such factors such as age,gender,high-fat diet,grain-diet and hypertension.Conclusion:Forming a good living habit and keeping a reasonable diet should be important measures for the prevention fron Cardio-Cerebral-Vascular Disease.
