摘要
目的对党参三个主产区24个地区的党参药材样品中的重金属和砷的含量进行测定和分析。方法采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子荧光法(AFS)测定样品中的镉、锡和铅、汞、砷的含量。结果砷的含量范围为0.16～0.94μg/g,铅的含量范围为0.25～0.39μg/g,汞的含量范围为0.012～0.023μg/g,镉的含量范围为0.008～0.036μg/g,锡的含量范围为4.68～15.14μg/g。结论该实验所收集各产地党参中的重金属及砷的含量均低于药典及《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》规定的重金属限量。
ObjectiveTo analyze heavy metal and arsenic（As） contents from 24 localities in Gansu of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae. MethodsICP-AES method was applied to determine Cd,Sn,and AFS method was applied to determine Pb,Hg and As. ResultsThe heavy metal contents varied from different localities,As in the range of 0.16 to 0.94 μg/g,Pb in the range of 0.25 to 0.39 μg/g,Hg in the range of 0.012 to 0.023 μg/g,Cd in the range of 0.007 to 0.036 μg/g,Sn in the range of 4.68 to 15.14 μg/g. ConclusionReferring to the related standards of medicine and vegetable,the heavy metal and arsenic contents of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae samples from different localities are confirmed the propositional standard.
