摘要
科学的后评价指标体系是确保后评价质量的基本标准和依据,文章从立项决策后评价、实施过程后评价、项目管理后评价、勘探效益后评价及影响与持续性后评价方面构建了海外油气勘探项目综合后评价指标体系,并提出了指标定量化评价方法,以为项目的有效对比创造条件。
A scientific post-evaluation index system is the criterion and basis to ensure post-evaluation quality.This paper establishes a comprehensive post-evaluation index system for overseas oil and gas exploration projects from the perspectives of decision-making,executing process,exploration effectiveness,impacts and sustainability,and brings up methods for quantified evaluation,so as to make an effective contrast projects.
