摘要
江苏省盐城市水污染严重,与河争地现象突出,水生态环境日趋恶化。针对这一现状,在全面分析影响盐城市水生态环境因素的基础上,提出了明确责任、强化宣传、编制规划、引排结合、推广技术、确权划界、加大投入、创新机制等8条水生态环境保护与治理的对策。
Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province suffers from heavy water pollution and worsening of water environment. Competition of land reclamation with water becomes increasingly severe. In order to solve the problems, eight measures for ecosystem restoration and environment protection are proposed based on analysis of local condition and influential factors, such as clearing responsibility, strengthening propaganda ,preparation of planning, water diversion combined with drainage, popularize technology, ensuring right and demarcation, increasing investment and innovation mechanism.
