摘要
目的:为明确半夏与伪品水半夏的鉴别及效用差异,确保半夏临床应用的安全性和有效性。方法:以经验和总结方法,将半夏与伪品水半夏的鉴别和临床效用进行比较。从而归纳出最简而易行的鉴别方法,并明确临床应用的异同点。结果:通过我们的经验和对资料的汇总,从而归纳出了最简而易行、易记、易懂、易鉴别的鉴别方法,并寻找出了半夏与水半夏临床效用的异同点。结论:简而易行、易记、易懂、易鉴别的鉴别方法保障了调剂人员的鉴别能力,从而确保了临床应用的安全和有效性;同时认为半夏与水半夏因功效主治有明显的差异,故不能作为同一种药物应用,但就共具有的燥湿化痰、止咳相同功效而言,建议临床就这单一效用可灵活代用。
