摘要
利用模糊故障树理论对重型卧式车床主轴箱系统可靠性进行分析。以某重型卧式车床主轴箱为例,通过建立主轴箱故障树,找出故障树顶事件的最小割集;利用模糊理论合理客观地得到主轴箱的故障概率区间;通过对底事件模糊概率重要度的计算,得到顶事件的薄弱环节以及关键事件,从而为主轴箱可靠性设计和可靠性增长指明了方向。结果表明:"润滑不良"为影响主轴箱系统不能正常工作的关键事件。
With the use of fuzzy fault tree, the reliability of headstock system is analyzed. Take a headstock for example, minimum cut sets of the headstock are found through building the fault tree and probability interval are derived and the weak links and critical event of the top event are gained through the analysis of fuzzy reliability importance of the bottom events which offer useful reference for further reliability design and reliability growth. The results indicate that bad lubrication is the critical event when the headstock is in abnormal operating condition.
