两种下鼻甲手术方式的术后比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Two Kinds of Turbinate Resection

摘要 目的探讨下鼻甲黏-骨膜下切除术和下鼻甲部分切除术在术后并发症和术后鼻腔功能恢复情况以及远期疗效的比较。方法选择64例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,行下鼻甲部分切除术32例,行下鼻甲黏-骨膜下切除术32例(病例来自于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院耳鼻喉-头颈外科2004年1月-2011年4月),比较两者术后并发症和鼻腔功能恢复以及远期疗效的情况。结果术后以及远期疗效的比较两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下鼻甲黏-骨膜下切除术疗效优于下鼻甲部分切除术,对下鼻甲功能影响不大并且能很好的保护鼻黏膜,是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎较好的治疗方法。 Objective To explore the postoperative complications,nasal function of postoperation and forward curative effect between inferior turbinate functional anplasty and partial inferior turbinectomy.Methods 64 cases of illness in chronic idiopathic hypertrophic rhinitis were selected,among them,32 cases of inferior turbinate functional anaplasty and 32 cases of partial inferior turbinectomy.The postoperative complications,nasal function of postoperation and forward curative effect were analyzed.Results To compare the postoperative complications,nasal function of postoperation and forward curative effect,there existed significant difference(P0.05)between the two treatments.Conclusion The inferior turbinate functional anaplasty was superior to partial inferior turbinectomy in protecting nasal function and nasal mucosa,which was a preferable treatment in chronic idiopathic hypertrophic rhinitis.
