摘要
目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)在救治重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的应用与监测护理。方法:随机将40例重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿分为治疗组和对照组各20例,两组均给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组在常规治疗和护理的基础上加用HBO治疗,同时观察患儿临床症状的好转及CT检查好转状况,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组临床症状及CT检查示治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HBO应用及监护是救治重度HIE的一种有效方法。
Objective：Purpose： to discuss the application,surveillance and care of newborns with severe anoxia ischemic encephalopathy（HIE） when treating them by High-pressure Oxygen（HBO）.Methods： divide 40 HIE patients into two groups with 20 patients for each,one is treatment group and the other is control group.Both groups of patients were given conventional therapy and care,however the treatment group was given HBO therapy and at the same time watched the improvement of patients＇ clinical symptom and CT results.Finally,compared them with the control group.Results： the improvement rate of treatment group is obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion： the application,surveillance and care of HBO therapy is an effective method and the rigorous surveillance and care is the key of HBO therapy.
