摘要
结合本公司的实际经验,探讨在新形势下如何加强对承包商的安全管理,做好安全工作。主要从以下几方面进行了论述:从体制上控制承包商风险;完善承包商评价机制;有效落实岗位责任制;明确责任主体。对大型发电企业承包商安全管理进行了经验总结,并提出了成立承包商管理委员会等一些先进管理方法的探讨。
Combined with the company＇s actual experience in the new situation,it was discussed that how to strengthen the safety management of the contractor,and do well the safety work. It was discussed mainly from the following several aspects of the system,including the risk control of the contractor from the system,perfection of the contractor evaluation mechanism,the effective implementation of post responsibility system,and the definiteness of main body responsibility.The experience of safety management for large power generation enterprise contractor was summarized,and the discussion on some advanced management methods was put forwark,like estabhshly the management committee of contractors.
