摘要
为了更好地指导大学生创业,在国内外相关文献分析研究的基础上,提取个人背景、个人特质、创业态度和创业环境四个因素,构建了大学生创业倾向的影响因素模型。以辽宁省部分高校在校大学生为研究对象,运用SPSS16.0和AMOS5.0进行实证分析。就培养大学生的创新创业能力,提高大学生的创业倾向,推动大学生成功创业提出了具体的对策。
In order to guide the students＇ entrepreneurship, on the basis of analysis and research of related literatures at home and abroad, four factors are extracted, which are personal background, personal traits, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment, and the influence factor model of university students＇ entrepreneurial propensity is constructed. The students in some universities of Liaoning province are taken as the research object, and a empirical analysis is carried by using SPSS16.0 and AMOS5. 0 . Some countermeasures are proposed in the aspects of training the students＇ creative ability, improving the students＇ entrepreneurial propensity and promoting the students＇ entrepreneurship successfully.
