摘要
高等音乐艺术类院校是人类文化艺术传承与发展的重要载体,对于推动社会主义先进文化建设,培养适应社会发展需要的高素质音乐艺术专门人才,肩负着重要责任。当前,对于音乐艺术类高等院校如何全面提高质量,树立多样化人才观念和人人成才观念,培养拔尖创新人才,营造鼓励独立思考、自由探索、勇于创新的良好环境,推进文化传承创新,更好地发挥服务社会的功能作用,需要进一步提高认识,深入思考,推动探索实践。文章主要就高等专业音乐艺术院校高素质、多样化、拔尖创新人才培养问题谈几点认识与思考。
The high music art colleges and universities are the important carriers of human culture art heritage and development,and it responsible for promoting socialist advanced culture,training the professional musicians with high quality according to the needs of social development.This article mainly on author＇s opinions and thinkings about the issues of training musician with outstanding innovative,diversification,and high-quality in professional music conservatories and colleges.
