摘要
我国的知识产权教育仍然处于初级阶段,文章结合作者的教学实践对知识产权法教学理念、教学方法、教学手段等进行了一些创新和探索。
Intellectual property education of China is still in its infancy. This paper makes some innovative exploration on the teaching of intellectual property law in terms of teaching practice of teaching philosophy, teaching methods ,teaching methods etc.
