摘要
专业技术人才少、层次低,特别是高级技术应用型人才紧缺,严重制约了黑龙江经济和社会的发展。黑龙江高等职业院校必须围绕区域经济发展要求,通过立足地方设置专业,开拓教育市场,加大社会培训力度,构建区域交流机制等措施,在专业建设、实训基地建设、人才交流培养、师资队伍建设等方面积极深化改革,为黑龙江区域经济发展提供有力的人才支撑。
The shortage and low level of professional technical talents,particularly the serious lack of high technology applied talents restricted the economic and social development of Heilongjiang.Therefore,Heilongjiang higher vocational colleges must surround with the demand of regional economic development,and deepen reform in the aspects of specialty construction,practice training base construction,talents communication and cultivation and teaching staff construction through setting specialties basing itself on locality,expanding educational market,enlarging social training and building regional communication mechanism,to provide forceful talent support for regional economic development of Heilongjiang.
