摘要
介绍了焊缝检测的磁记忆技术及设备,并对一座2 500m^3立式钢质油罐进行了现场检测,结果表明,该罐底板焊缝应力集中区域主要集中在边缘板附近。利用磁记忆检测技术可有效地检测底板焊缝的应力集中区域,为维修提供决策依据。
After a long time service, the bottom plate of the oil tank will appear issues such as cracks and blisters in the weld line, which results in leakage of oil tank. Therefore, it is particularly important to detect weld line during detection of bottom plate. The magnetic memory technology and equipment for weld line detection is introduced and used in the field detection of a 2500 m3 vertical steel tank. The results show that the welding stress concentrates on the area near edge plate of the tank bottom. The magnetic memory detection technology can be used to detect the welding stress concentrating area effectively, which provide decision making basis for maintenance.
