摘要
Yingxin Tan was born in March 1964. She is a PhD holder, Professor, PhD advisor, the State Council Expert for Special Allowance, the senior expert associated directly with the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the member of the New Century National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project. Currently she works as the head of Publishing Department of North University of China.
