Studies on photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia japonica

摘要 以耐冬山茶为材料,利用LCPro+便携式光合测定系统,在田间条件下,研究了耐冬山茶的光合特性。结果表明:耐冬山茶的光补偿点为32μmol/(m2.s),光饱和点1 233μmol/(m2.s),最适生长温度为18~20℃。光合速率日变化和季节变化均呈现单峰变化曲线,最大光合速率出现在7月份10:00~12:00,影响光合日变化的主要环境因子是光强、气孔导度、温度和气孔CO2浓度。 The photosynthesis characters of Camellia japonica were studied by using the LCPro+ in this experiment.The results show that the light compensation of Camellia japonica was 32 μmol/(m2·s),the light saturation was 1 233 μmol/(m2·s),and the best temperature of Camellia japonica was 18~20 ℃;Diurnal changes and season changes in Pn of Camellia japonica presented a single curve;the max photosynthetic rate appeared at 10:00~12:00 in July.Diurnal changes in Pn were influenced by PAR,Gs,T and Ci.
