摘要 目的探讨Tw ist和E-cadherin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测53例乳腺浸润性导管癌和41例乳腺浸润性小叶癌组织中Tw ist和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌组织中,Tw ist蛋白的阳性率分别为39.62%(21/53)和73.17%(30/41),E-cadherin蛋白的阳性率分别为71.70%(38/53)和29.27%(12/41),比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Tw ist和E-cadherin蛋白表达与乳腺癌脉管浸润和淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05);在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌组织中,Tw ist和E-cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.459,P<0.05)。结论 Tw ist和E-cadherin蛋白可能共同参与了乳腺癌的发展、浸润和转移过程;两者在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌组织中的表达有明显差异,具有诊断意义。 Objective To investigate the expressions of Twist and E-cadherin in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast invasive lobular carcinoma,and to study the relationship between their expressions and the clinicopathological features.Methods The expressions of Twist and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemical method in 53 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 41 cases of breast invasive lobular carcinoma.Results Compared with the breast invasive lobular carcinoma,the positive rate of Twist in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma was significantly lower(39.62% vs 73.17%,P〈0.05) and that of E-cadherin was higher(71.70% vs 29.27%,P〈0.05).The expressions of Twist and E-cadherin were positively related with the vessel invasion and lymphoid node metastasis of breast carcinoma(P〈0.05).Significantly negative correlation was found between the expressions of Twist and E-cadherin(r=-0.459,P〈0.05).Conclusion Twist and E-cadherin might play an important role in the progression,invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma;the expressions of Twist and E-cadherin are different in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast invasive lobular carcinoma,they might serve as differentiated diagnose factors between them.
