无线车载语音记录装置的设计与实现

摘要 为了规范乘务员的工作用语和协同监控装置分析行车事故,需要对机车电台和列尾装置自动录音,并可以在地面真实地再现列车运行中的呼叫应答情况.本文设计一种基于Wince操作系统实现双通道数字录音,适用于铁路机车的语音记录设备.它不仅可以通过与TAX2通信,取得时间和公里标信息,实现实时录音;还可以实现USB无线(Wi-Fi)和以太网等多种转储方式;另外通过前端数据库和上层解析软件,可以在转储仪或PC机上,按时间、车次和地点等信息对录音文件进行检索、转储和回放.该产品通过了运行试验和现场鉴定,实现小批量装车试用,满足维护铁路运行安全的需求. In order to regulate the working language of the crew and analyze the running accidents with the help of monitor device, it needs to automatically record the locomotive radio and train tail device, and the situation of call and response during operation can be represented on the ground. The paper de- signs a voice recorder used in trains, which realize dual-channel digital audio recording based on the Wince operation system. It can not only access time and kilometers coordinate information to realize real-time recording by communicating with TAX2, but also realize a variety of dump ways such as USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet etc. In addition, through the front database management and the upper analysis software, the voice file can be searched, replayed and dumped on the dump instrument or PC by time, trips and location information and so on. After the operation test and field identification, the device had already installed on locomotive, which fully meets the safety requirement of railway operation.
