Fatigue Life Test System for High-Precision Elastic Component

摘要 针对现有疲劳寿命测试设备无法满足某膜盒元件特殊疲劳寿命测试要求的问题,基于电磁激振器及数字波形合成技术,研制了一种疲劳寿命试验系统。在分析振动测试频率和振幅精度影响因素的基础上,研究了该测试系统频率及振幅测量等关键技术,并进行了试验分析。结果表明,该测试系统具有分辨率和测量精度高、成本低、功耗小以及可长期使用的特点,测试结果稳定可靠,能够满足长期测试的需求。 Aimed at a special testing requirement for fatigue life of sensitive components,such as diaphragm,a new fatigue life testing system based on the exciter and digital waveform synthesis techniques is designed.The key technologies of frequency control and amplitude control in fatigue test are researched by analyzing the frequency and the amplitude accuracy,and experimental studies are carried out.Experimental and analytical results show that the test system has characteristics of high resolution,high accuracy,low cost,low power consumption,long-term use,thus the result is stable and reliable.The system can meet the special requirement of long-term test.
