摘要
以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为原料,合成了高活性阴离子-非离子双子表面活性剂。考察了合成条件对表面活性剂产品收率的影响。结果表明,在二元醇化合物与氢氧化钠及氯乙酸摩尔比1∶4∶4,反应温度95℃,反应时间5 h条件下,阴离子-非离子双子表面活性剂产品收率达80%以上。考察了阴离子-非离子双子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度、油水界面性能、耐温耐盐性能、吸附性能。结果表明,其临界胶束浓度比传统表面活性剂低2~3个数量级,耐盐能力可达250000 mg/L,抗钙镁离子可达6 550 mg/L,90℃高温老化90 d后,油水界面张力仍可保持10-3~10-4mN/m的超低值,24 h的静态吸附量<2.0 mg/g。
Nonionic -anionic Gemini surfactants with high activity were synthesized using alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers as raw material. The effects of synthesis conditions on the yield of surfactant product were investigated. The result showed that the yield of nonionic - anionic Gemini surfactant was above 80% under the optimal conditions as follows : n (diol) : n (NaOH) : n ( chloroacetic acid ) = 1 : 4 : 4, reaction temperature is 95℃ and reaction time is 5 hours. Critical micelle concentration( cmc), interface tension(IFT)of oil -water, thermal stability, salt tolerance and the adsorptive property on quartzs sand were tested. It was shown that the cmc of nonionic - anionic Gemini surfactants were 2 - 3 order of magnitude lower than traditional sur- factants , salt tolerance could reach 250 000 mg/L, resistance to divalent metal ion including calcium and magnesium 6 550 mg/L. After ageing 90 days at 90 ℃, super - low IFT of 10 -3-10 -4 mN/m could be obtained and the amount of adsorption on quartzs sand for 24 hours was below 2 mg/g.
