藤茶活性成分的同步提取分离研究 被引量:12

摘要 以水为提取剂,同步提取藤茶中的二氢杨梅素、杨梅素和藤茶多糖。提取的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度95℃,提取时间120 min,料液比1∶25(g/mL),原料粒度80目。粗提物经丙酮回流提取、浓缩、加水沉淀后得到晶体,晶体经重结晶4次后得到二氢杨梅素产品,其纯度可达91.3%,得率为4.2%;取丙酮提取后的不溶性残渣经乙醇回流、浓缩、结晶后可得杨梅素产品,其纯度为81.2%,得率为0.68%;粗提物结晶后的清液经过醇沉、2次Sevage法除蛋白、干燥后得藤茶多糖,其纯度为45.4%,得率为5.2%。 The water was used to the synchronous extraction of dihydromyricetin, hydromyricetin and polysaccharide from A mpelopsis grossedentata. The optimum conditions of extraction: the extraction temperature was 95℃, the extraction time was 120 min, the ratio of material to water was 1:25 (g/mL), the granularity of material was 80 sieve. The extraction was circumfluenced by acetone,concentrated, deposited by water, then the crystal was got, recrystal it for 4 times, the product of dihydromyricetin was got, the purity was 91.3 % and the extraction rate was 4.2 %; the residua was circumfluenced by ethanol, concentrated, crystallized, the product of hydromyricetin was got,the purtty was 81.2 % and the extraction rate was 0.68 % ;the liquid was deposited by ethanol, eliminated of protein by Sevage for 2 times and dried, then the product of polysaccharide was got, the purity was 45.4 % and the extraction rate was 5.2 %.
