摘要
目的探讨我国无偿献血者血液筛查采用核酸检测技术的必要性。方法采用Roche Cobas S201系统对血站常规ELISA检测阴性的献血者18751份标本进行HBV、HCV和HIV3项联合筛查,并对NAT筛查阳性的标本做确证实验。结果 18751份ELISA检测阴性标本中,用NAT检测共检出阳性15例,阳性检出率为0.08%。结论 NAT系统应用于无偿献血者血液筛查,有助于提高献血者的血液质量,保证输血安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the conditions of seronegative NAT positive donors.Methods 18751 samples which were screened and inspected with combined HBV,HCV and HIV by Roche Cobas S201 System,were tested negative with ELISA,then in which were tested positive with NAT were reconfirmed.Results The results showed that 15 samples in 18751 specimens which tested negative with ELISA,tested positive with NAT,and the rate of positive detection was 0.08%.Conclusion It is necessary to implement high sensitive NAT detection in blood screening for blood safety.
