摘要
阐述了在银及银合金中添加稀土(RE)元素对净化熔体、细化晶粒和改善力学性能、提高电触点的耐磨性及抗电弧性能、改善氧化特性、优化电学性能、提高抗变色能力的良好作用。对稀土银合金的研究及应用进行了评价和展望,指出发展一系列性能优良的含稀土银基电接触材料和饰品及器具材料,并在此基础上逐步将稀土的应用扩展到其他贵金属领域,不仅有利于我国稀土产品附加值的提高,也有利于提升我国贵金属产品的技术含量和市场竞争力。
The roles of RE in Ag and Ag alloy were described including purifying melt,refining grain size and improving mechanical properties,wear resistance of electronic contactor and anti-arc properties,increasing oxide resistance,optimizing electrochemical properties as well as improving anti-tarnish ability.The future development and application of Ag alloy containing RE were reviewed and prospected.It was described for series of Ag based electronic contacting materials with RE and functional materials.And then,the application of RE was extended to other precious metal scope,which was beneficial for increasing the add-value of RE element.
