摘要
为降低轮一联污水处理水质悬浮物含量,对污水处理设备、沉降段、过滤段工艺的出水水质、处理状况进行了分析,找出存在的问题及解决对策,制定了可行的技术路线。通过增加连通改变工艺流程,采用自然沉降、混凝沉降、核桃壳、两级双层滤料过滤技术,同时优化药剂配方和调整工艺处理条件,将反冲洗剂更换为更高效的油乳化剂,滤罐反冲洗效果明显,使处理后的水质悬浮物指标有了很大改善,提高了水处理系统的稳定性,降低了处理费用,满足了油田开发需要。
In order to reduce content of suspended solids in water used for waste water treatment,analyzed are quality of water from waste water treatment equipment,the settlement section and filter section and their treatment status,identified are problems existing in waste water treatment process,put forward are proper solutions and developed are feasible technical options.Connection is added to improve technological process,applied are such filtration techniques as natural sedimentation,coagulation settlement,walnut shells and two-stage double layers of filter materials,optimized are pharmaceutical formulations and adjusted are treatment process conditions.Backwash agent is replaced with more effective oily emulsive agent,increased is backwash effects of filtration tank,improved greatly are indexed of suspended solids in water,and strengthened is the stability of the water treatment system,reduced are treatment costs and the quality of the treated water fully meets requirements in relative water quality standards.
