摘要
官地矿选煤厂压滤机给料泵100DG-B38(33)CS型渣浆泵,在使用过程中事故频繁,严重影响了正常生产,且泄漏后喷射进入泵的轴承系统,致使轴承损坏严重,更换频繁,消耗了大量人力、物力等情况。介绍了TZJ新型渣浆泵的工作原理及结构特点,并对TZJ新型渣浆泵与传统渣浆泵就工艺效果及经济效益进行比较,证明新型渣浆泵可作为传统渣浆泵替代产品。
According to 100DG-B38(33) CS type slurry pump of feeding pump of filter press in Guandi coal mine preparation plant,in the used process the accident is frequent,seriously impact on the normal production,and after leak inject into the bearing system of the pump,cause the bearing damage seriously,replace frequently,consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,etc..Introduces working principle and structural characteristics of the new TZJ slurry pump,and compares technical results and economic benefits of the new TZJ slurry pump and traditional slurry pump,in order to confirm the new slurry pump can be used as substitute of traditional slurry pump.
