巨大倒置T波67例心电图分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨心电图出现巨大倒置T波的临床意义。方法选择2007年2月至2010年5月收治的巨大倒置T波的住院患者67例,对其心电图的特点和心肌酶谱、超声心动图等结果进行回顾性分析。结果巨大倒置T波中,冠心病急性心肌缺血所致34例,心尖部肥厚型心肌病所致15例,高血压性心脏病所致10例,急性脑血管病所致8例。结论巨大倒置T波可见于临床多种情况,心电图诊断时要注意心电图的特征性改变并密切结合临床和心肌酶谱、超声心动图等检查,以避免误诊、漏诊。
