多廿烷醇在心血管疾病中的应用前景 被引量：2

摘要 多廿烷醇是从古巴西部甘蔗蜡中提取有效成份制成的含有8种脂肪醇的生物制剂,是脂肪族乙醇的混合物,是一种新型调脂药。该药可抑制胆固醇合成及提高低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的血液清除率,有效降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平,明显抑制血小板聚集等。根据世界卫生组织的报告,每年全球因冠心病和脑卒中死亡的人数达1750万,每3例中有1例死于心血管疾病,居死因首位。本文对多廿烷醇降低心血管危险因素的有效性、安全性、耐受性作一综述。
