摘要
目的综合评价江西省卫生服务能力建设工程对村卫生室卫生服务能力的影响。方法运用系统聚类分析建立评价指标体系,用加权秩和比法综合评价村卫生室的卫生服务能力,并对2007年和2010年的江西省村卫生室服务能力进行比较分析。结果 2010年江西省及各市村卫生室卫生服务能力综合得分比2007年增加,80分以上的市有3个(27.27%),比2007年增加了18.17%;70～80分的市有8个(72.73%),和2007年相比增加了9.09%。结论江西省村卫生室卫生服务能力有了一定改善,但有待进一步提高;秩和比法能比较全面地评价卫生服务能力。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effect of health service capacity building project on health service capacity of village clinics in Jiangxi province.Methods The evaluation index system was established using systematic cluster analysis,and the health service capability of village clinics in 2007 and 2010 was comprehensively evaluated and compared by RSR method.Results The comprehensive score of health service capacity of village clinics in 2010 was higher than that in 2007.Three cities（27.27% of all） achieved comprehensive score more than 80 in 2010,with an increase of 18.17% compared with 2007.While 8 cities（72.73% of all） achieved comprehensive score between 70 and 80,with an increase of 9.09% compared with 2007.Conclusion Some progress has been made in the health service capacity of village clinics in Jiangxi province,but it needs to be further improved.RSR method can evaluate the health service capacity comprehensively.
