摘要
参照国家标准GB/T 7628-2008,采用荧光分光光度法测定谷物中VB1的含量。通过对VB1的测定进行不确定的评估实验,为VB1测定提供有效、可靠的测量数据。
Based on GB/T 7628-2008,the content of VB 1 can be determined with spectrophotometry.The experiment of uncertainty measurement of the VB 1 in the grains provides the effective and credible quality data for the quality control.
